Our 2.5kg and 1.25kg Rubber Coated Plate are a great addition to any gym setting. Moreover, these plates allow for users to make smaller more achievable progressions. This is otherwise known as ‘Progressive Overload’, where gymgoers slowly increase the weight used over time. Progressive overload is the key to getting stronger and building muscle. These plates are your best friend in this case! Our plates also prevent injury by allowing the user to increase weight gradually over time.

The plates look great and are wrapped in a smooth black rubber. They work really well with our Black Bumper, Coloured Bumper or Rubber Coated Tri Grip sets.
