Dipping Belt (Neoprene)

This product is used to suspend weight plates from the waist to increase resistance on dip exercises. The dipping belt is a key tool and also allows for full motion strength training. The belt is also easily adjustable and allows you to challenge yourself to new highs.

How to use:

• Pass the chain through support ring on opposite side of the heavy duty leather dip belt.
• Then pass through weight plate and fasten clasp to support ring to which chain is attached.
• Suspended weight also keeps the dip belt tightened around your waist for safe exercise.
