Curl Bar (revolving)

The curl bar was designed for complete arm development. There are both narrow and wide rubber grips that allow for comfort throughout a variety of exercises. Moreover, the revolving curl bar was designed for use with all cable machines with weight stacks. It is optimal for use for peak bicep and triceps contraction. This bar can also be used for close or wide grip curls and also tricep push downs along with various other workouts.
