Concept 2 SkiErg

With the Concept2 SkiErg, the strength and endurance that comes with Nordic skiing is available to everyone. Depending on your preference, you can either use the SkiErg for double pole or the classic alternating arm technique.

This machine can be used with the floor stand or without. For home gyms, the floor stand is recommended as it can be easier to move around. Otherwise, the SkiErg should be wall mounted and remain stationary.
