It also provides the complete package with a full power rack, pull-up bar, lat pull-down & weight storage area included. This also allows the user to add greater variety to their work-out. The rack is great for carrying out shrugs, squats, chest press(with bench) etc. Then the pull-up bar at the front is essential element to any rack.

The Lat Pull-Down Bar also adds another dimension to the package. It allows athletes to add greater variety when working out with the rack. You can carry out lat-pull downs, low-row pulleys even some curls. The machine is plate loaded and works with both Olympic Sized plates (2″) & standard plates (1″)
